The mission of Procurement and Contract Services is to demonstrate good stewardship and best practices in the purchase of goods and services through fair, open, and competitive processes in accordance with State of Tennessee and University applicable policies and regulations; provide timely distribution; offer high-quality customer service; and develop and implement innovative technological solutions to improve procurement and contract processes.
