Office 365 Groups is a service that works with the Office 365 tools you use already so you can collaborate with your teammates when writing documents, creating spreadsheets, working on project plans, scheduling meetings, or sending email.


Is your audio visual equipment not powering on or connecting? Is your system not functioning properly? Does your lamp or filter need to be changed?


Administrator access will be considered for university employees requiring administrator management of university-owned computers, servers, or labs. Do you require administrative access to perform work-related duties?

The Campaign Registry, which manages campaigns on behalf of carriers, has updated its requirements. As part of this update, users must opt-in to send or receive texts on their Avaya softphone and mobile app. Please take the necessary steps to opt in and ensure uninterrupted service by reading the agreement terms and completing the service request form.

If you need data from university information systems or require development of a new report, use this service. Upon approval from IR, an appropriate resource will be notified of your request. Note: If you are a student requesting data for research, the request MUST be submitted by your faculty sponsor. A copy of your Institutional Review Board (IRB) application and approval must be attached to the request. Only deidentified student data will be furnished.


Request this service when you are directed to do so by IT Security during an audit of generic accounts. Failure to comply with a request by IT Security may result in the deactivation of your generic account. Contact apitsecurity@apsu.edu for more information or questions about this request.
