Do you need help resetting your campus Enterprise Account password?

Do you live in one of the Residence Halls on campus? Do you have a gaming system, streaming device, SMART TV, or wireless printer that you would like connected to the Internet? Click on the service request button and complete the form.

Request a named account to be used by a graduate assistant or student worker.

Requests and issues involving email within Office 365 or the Outlook email client.

Experiencing a technical issue with features in D2L or items inside of a course?

Need to request or manage access to a course shell in D2L?

Request a generic address to be used by a department, committee, or other group where it is preferable to not use an individual employee's account name.

This is for users to submit changes to sections of the website for approval/submission.

To discontinue the use of a credit card or if an employee is changing departments.

Alumni can reset their enterprise account passwords using self-service, in-person, or ticket request. All alumni passwords must meet Microsoft account complexity requirements.

Need assistance with online course design, online teaching, digital accessibility, RSI, or have a general question about any of our instructional design programs?

Are you having an issue with a security camera on campus?

Request this service when you are directed to do so by IT Security during an audit of generic accounts. Failure to comply with a request by IT Security may result in the deactivation of your generic account. Contact apitsecurity@apsu.edu for more information or questions about this request.

Are you an Instructor who needs courses combined or cross-listings merged?

To request access to Govs eShop or change existing access.

Do you need a new telephone for a new position or new employee?

Students or faculty who need assistance with Zoom.

Loaner laptops will be reissued into our environment without posing a potential security threat, without a warranty, and with limited service support options.
