The Campaign Registry, which manages campaigns on behalf of carriers, has updated its requirements. As part of this update, users must opt-in to send or receive texts on their Avaya softphone and mobile app. Please take the necessary steps to opt in and ensure uninterrupted service by reading the agreement terms and completing the service request form.
